Ask Lisa Rayner a Question

Author Lisa Rayner is available to answer questions on the topics covered by her books (baking sourdough bread, home canning, solar cooking, and arid high-altitude gardening) for a small fee. Questions must be submitted in writing. Use the "Comments" area when checking out to ask your question. The "comments" area appears on the "Shipping Information" screen. Please provide a shipping and/or billing address so that your payment can be processed. Please keep your question short, specific and to the point. A surcharge will apply to longer, multi-part or more complex questions. Answers will be e-mailed to you.  Most questions will be answered within 72 hours.

If Lisa is not able to answer your question, your money will be refunded. However, if you ask a question that is too broad (such as, "How do I bake artisan bread?") or too far removed from the topics covered in Lisa's books, your payment will not be refunded. If you ask an overly broad question, you may be issued a customer code that will apply your payment toward the purchase of one of Lisa's books. If your question is complex or you are in a rush, please indicate this using the pull-down menu below. "Rush" questions will normally be answered within 24 hours. If Lisa is not able to answer your "Rush" question within 24 hours, the "Rush" surcharge will be refunded.
